The 168 Film Festival is the crown jewel of the 168 year, where the filmmaker is the star. This glitzy red carpet affair promises some of the best short films around, all premiering here and all based on the best selling book of all time. This year's Theme is "The Gift." International Artists vie for over 20 categories of awards, given by celebrity presenters on Saturday night.
